Advanced Imaging & Retrieval System (Imaging) has just been released as our latest companion product to the Lease, Loan and AppTrak systems. Imagine being able to retrieve your important documents without having to go through your filing cabinets and stacks of paper. With just a few strokes of the keyboard you are able to retrieve a copy of your contract or images of your asset. This new module allows you to, through the use of a scanner, attach these important account related documents and images electronically to your Lease/Loan/AppTrak accounts.
The new imaging system can be accessed from your desktop or directly from the Lease, Loan and AppTrak systems. Documents and images can be scanned to accounts by either account number or customer name. Our software works with windows compatible scanners and uses your scanning software to start the process. From there you will be able to label and organize your files. Imaging will even attach documents/images that have not been scanned such as Adobe® Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft® Word (DOC) Microsoft® Excel (XLS) and any other files you have on your system through our AutoFile software (included with Imaging). The documents scanned into our system can be viewed or printed at any time through the Lease/Loan/Apptrak systems.
