Contract Printing
The Lease Accounting and Management System can print contract information to forms created by Lease Forms Incorporated (LFI) or Bankers Systems. We also offer the ability to extract contract information to comma-delimited (CSV) files so you can use products like Microsoft WORDŽ to create and maintain your own lease contracts.
The best part about having your contract information in your A.L.S. system is that all the information you enter to create your contract will interface directly to your Lease Accounting and Management System. No duplicating data entry! A simple press of a key moves the contract information into your active lease portfolio.
A.L.S. also has programming services available to create custom contracts for you. If you have a pre-printed contract form that can be placed in a printer or a sample contract that can be reproduced to plain paper, we can create your contracts. All we need is a sample of what you want and we can get started!
