CREDIT APPLICATION TRACKING With our Application Tracking System (AppTrak) you will be able to retrieve credit reports quickly and track the credit approval process by your Credit Analysts. Approvals and declinations can be faxed to the originating source as soon as the decision is made. Applications can be tracked by salesmen, dealers, and credit analysts. Statistics are gathered for applications received, approved, and declined.  AppTrak provides you with a wide variety of management and statistical reports.  A few of the online inquiries included are up-to-the-minute application statuses, dealer and analyst volumes, and customer lookups.   The best part about processing your applications through your A.L.S. system is that all the information you enter can interface directly to the Lease Accounting and Management System or the Loan Accounting and Management System.  No duplicating data entry!  Application information can be transferred to the Contract Printing Module of the Lease Accounting and Management System or directly to your active lease or loan portfolio.  AppTrak also includes a Data Extract process.   Information is extracted to comma-delimited files (CSV) that can then be used in all kinds of ways.  The information can be merged into documents, placed in spreadsheets, and even imported into other database systems.
