Deficiency Tracking Our Deficiency/Inventory Tracking System (DiTrak) gives you the ability to track your terminated accounts as well as assets taken into inventory. Customer charges for items such as excess mileage, damages, and legal fees can be tracked and invoiced. Statements can be generated for the full end of contract charges due or monthly payment plans can be set up for ease of collection. This system includes a daily posting journal and various management/statistical reports. DiTrak includes a Data Extract process.   Information is extracted to comma-delimited files (CSV) that can then be used in all kinds of ways.  The information can be merged into documents, placed in spreadsheets, and even imported into other database systems.
