Title Tracking Module
Tracking vehicle and equipment titles is easy
with the Lease Accounting and Management System.
You’ll know the title number, effective date, the State of title
registration and be able to note if you’ve received title documents.
An up-to-the-minute Missing Title Status Report can be generated
that will alert you to any title documents needed in-house.
Non-titled equipment can be tracked with the input of U.C.C. filing
dates and the use of the U.C.C. Filing Status Report.
Title
tracking personnel/coordinators will have several tools available to make
title tracking quick and efficient.
From the main Title Tracking Module screen title personnel can see
all the pertinent asset and lessee information.
Title information can be updated and notes can be made and reviewed.
Reminder “ticklers” can be set that will automatically report to a
specific title coordinator when the tickler date has expired.
Within the Title Tracking Module
your personnel can notify other office personnel regarding specific
account title issues. Internal
memos can be written and directed to any network printer.
An account can be flagged with a message that
will appear on the screen every time that account is accessed within the Lease
and Accounting Management System. Anyone
that accesses that account will be alerted immediately by the message and
will be able to take appropriate action as needed.
