Complex Payments   Complex payment types include stepped and skip (seasonal), payments.  A loan may have up to 14 payment steps.  A skip payment loan may skip up to 4 skip months per year.This module allows your inquiries, billings, receivables reports, as well as cash and income projection reports to reflect the appropriate payment amount in the proper period(s) for each of the above payment types. <<Previous      Loan Home     Next>>
