away! Loan Inquiry, Loan Status, Loan Transaction History,
Payoff Quotes, and Fleet Receivables are just a few of the more
than 25 inquiries available. A
loan can be cross referenced several ways; by customer name, driver
name, license number, vehicle I.D. number, or insurance policy number to
name just a few. A couple of
the frequently used inquiries are detailed below.
Loan Transaction History: Every transaction from inception to
termination is displayed in this inquiry. Information displayed includes
date, description, distribution and the user who entered the transaction.
Loan histories also provide a link to the line item history file for details
regarding paid line items.
Quote Payoff: Provides a payoff quotation for a user specified date
based on your payoff type for an individual loan. A detailed breakdown of all outstanding charges, late history
and other information about the loan is provided. The last five payoff
quotes are recorded in a history file to show past payoff amounts quoted,
the date/time of the quote, who was quoted the payoff, and the operator that
gave the payoff quote.
Up-to-date information is always available when you need it. When a
payment is posted it is immediately reflected on the Loan Transaction
History Screen. Likewise the
information presented during a payoff quote also reflects recent payments.
