Tracking insurance in-house can be streamlined with the AL.S. Lease Accounting and Management System. You’ll have all of the insurance company, agent, and policy information at the click of a button. You can enter up to 4 policies of varying types to track the complete status of the insurance coverage on assets. A powerful policy status field lets you track the policy from binder to certificate stage, as well as policies that have been cancelled or are out for revision. A comprehensive Insurance Status Report allows you to follow up on insurance policies that do not meet your coverage requirements, are about to expire, or are up for renewal for any or all policy statuses.
