You’ll want an easy way to remember when you should be making the next step in the process. With our complete Insurance Tracking Module you will be able to do all those things and much, much more.

Insurance tracking personnel will have several tools available to them to make insurance tracking quick and efficient. From the main Insurance Tracking screen, you can see all the pertinent asset, Lessee, and insurance exception information. Insurance information can be updated, notes can be made and reviewed. Reminder “ticklers” can be set and then automatically reported to a specific insurance coordinator when the tickler date has expired. 

Within the Insurance Tracking Module, the coordinator can notify other office personnel regarding specific account insurance problems. Internal memos can be written and directed to any network printer. An account can be flagged with an alert any time it is accessed within the A.L.S. system.
