Lease Inquiry, Lease Status, Lease Transaction History, Payoff Quotes, Deficiency Status, and Fleet Receivables are just a few of the more than 25 inquiries available.  A lease can be cross referenced several ways; by lessee name, driver name, license number, vehicle I.D. number, or insurance policy number to name just a few.  A couple of the frequently used inquiries are detailed below.  Lease Transaction History: Every transaction from inception to termination is displayed in this inquiry. Information displayed includes date, description, distribution and the user who entered the transaction. Lease histories also provide a link to the line item history for details regarding paid line items.  Quote Payoff: Provides a payoff quotation for a user specified date based on the payoff type for an individual lease.  A detailed breakdown of all outstanding charges, late history and other information about the lease is provided. The last five payoff quotes are recorded in a history file to show past payoff amounts quoted, the date/time of the quote, who was quoted the payoff, and the operator that gave the payoff quote.  Up-to-date information is always available when you need it.
