Imagine having all of the pertinent documents about a customer or contract available to you at your desktop. Our imaging function makes this a quick and easy process for you. Once a document is scanned it becomes an image that can be imported and, in a few simple steps, associated with your customer or asset. If you have a credit application, proof of insurance, or drivers license - anything that you can scan - they can be just a few mouse clicks away when you need to refer back to them! In addition, anything that you can print to your printer can be printed to an image file and associated in the same way – so that all of your correspondence regarding a customer or asset can be available to you in the future – without having to leave your desk!
