A.L.S. Customer Support is provided nationwide using the Internet and telephone support. Customer Support Representatives and Technical staff are available weekdays (excluding holidays) from 5:30am Pacific time to 8pm Eastern time. After hours support is also available.
Your first contact with our highly trained Customer Support Representatives will be immediately after your purchase of an A.L.S. System. They will assist you in preparing your site for the installation of your new system and guide you through gathering the data needed to make your system perform to your exact needs.
Our support program includes complete on-site, hands-on training. A Customer Support Representative will visit your site and train you and your employees.
